How do I use the Knowledge Base?
The Knowledge Base is a repository of articles designed to help you find
answers to issues or questions you may have regarding your VOX program or user
experience.
In the search bar at the top of the page labeled “Search articles,” enter a
question, phrase, or even a single word related to your issue. For example, if
you need help resetting your password, you might enter “How do I reset my
password?”, “Reset password,” or simply “Password.”
Articles that match your search will be displayed. If the articles provided
do not answer your question, please submit a ticket. A member of the VOX
Concierge Support Team will be in touch to assist you.
